Preparing the order

Once you make an order on Fam Publishing, the time required to prepare your package and send it depends on the availability of the products. This parameter varies depending on the product. Therefore, if you make an order containing various products, if will be shipped once the order has been completed, or after all products that have been ordered are sourced. If one of the products is not available during the processing of an order because it is being reprinted or is not available by the editor, we will send you an email informing you of the inconvenience and your order will be updated by removing the articles that are not available. The other products will be shipped and the amount of the articles that are not available will be automatically deducted from the total amount indicated at the time of purchase, regardless of the chosen payment method.
